Are there any work units available for AMDx64 Linux as I have been running boinc previously on this machine on Windows however now its been rebuilt as a Debian Wheezy x64 machine there appears to be no work units?

I just checked and got work for my AMD x86_64 Ubuntu machine, so if you're still not getting work, I'm not sure what the problem might be...

Getting work units now, I was having problems with Boinc not picking up NVIDIA tasks correctly on other applications but once I installed the boinc-nvidia-cuda package and rebooted it started picking up the work units, no idea why I must have had a bust or missing file somewhere..

Not yet, I think it would involve a major redesign of the applications. It should be possible one day though, there is a GPL GPU Bombe simulator here:

Unfortunately the 'bombe' can't be used as standalone attack on a message, it requires some kind of knowledge about the plaintext (or its part) to build set of input data.

I already tried to implement a bombe app running through a database of possible cribs, trying them at different positions. It is rather hard to implement on the server, and the process of automated checking/filtering the results is even harder. I ran into way too many issues, some of which I couldn't resolve and eventually I gave up. I was going to redesign lots of things and maybe do some trial&error redesigns, but currently I'm limited by the lack of free time :-(
