Hi guys,
I've got a problem. I'm using an acient core client (5.3.31) atm because over on Einstein at Home, the newer clients in combination with the science app kept producing crashes on this box. Now I can't get any more Enigma work. Do you have the restriction only to keep out certain "optimized clients" (in which case it should be safe to simply fake the version string somehow) or do you need certain features of the newer clients, so that using an older client would mess up the work?
I'd appreciate some info on this.
Cheers,
Annika

Min core version is set to 5.8.x, because the BOINC wrapper (at least the version which I use, which is the latest I think) doesn't work at all with anything below 5.8 - it can't start main app.

Okay, thank you. Then I'll just have to give Enigma some ressources on my desktop or so, until the problems at Einstein are fixed.
