Does anyone know how to get in touch with TJM? I sent him a PM about some issues with Enigma@Home but I haven't heard back from him.

1) I have 17 WU's as do others that are not being validated since the server issue a few days ago
2) db_purge on "ravager" is currently not running as can be seen here:
http://www.enigmaathome.net/server_status

The second issue is much more important as the db might grow to large of a size and no new work can be sent or accepted. Better to get this taken care of proactively rather when there is an issue. I don't know if Enigma@Home will be one of the projects that the BOINC Pentathlon will be running this month, if it is, then the above issue could poise to be serious problem.

After no more work was being sent out, someone fixed it. However, the two computers listed on his account are not currently working on any WU's but have in the past.

Some of this site appears to be hosted; so someone is paying the bill.

You're right. I'll expect a short update of the main web site page, at least...
Worst is that some spammers found their way to the forum and are not removed by admin or modo... Tried to PM TJM but never got any answer.
I'll let him up to September, then if nothing happen, I'll detach from the project. Sadly.

The spammers come and go, so obviously there's some moderation happening by a silent watcher over the months/years, but there hasn't been any direct contact for a long time.

Same here, somehow a sense of presence, moderation, update of the mainpage would give a more comfortable feeling cpu cycles are not going to waiste.
