Hiya TJM,

I'm noticing there are far more HCEYZ's in my work queue than AWGLY's. Is there a reason for the switch? Are we trying to pound out a solution with HCEYZ 1st and using AWGLY to confirm?

Nope, it's server side bug and hopefully it will be fixed soon. The database grew up so large that the daemon used to estimate number of both workunit types just stops in the middle of processing, so the server knows nothing about number of available awgly workunits and falls back to 'safe mode'. While in safe mode, only one awgly workunit is downloaded each time the server contacts M4 keymaster.
This bug also affects some of the internal stats, like the monthly top participants/team tables and causes very high database load, so for now it's #1 priority on my to-do list.

Looks good now, with roughly 40% HCEYZ's and 60% AWGLY's.

Hiya TJM,

Looks like we're plowing through HCEYZ's again. Is this intentional or accidental? The HECYZ completion date has moved up from July to June 09.

I changed the ratio when the server had connection issues, I think I'll leave it that way until we reach the end of hceyz72 keyspace - with current speed it should end this month.

TJM is probably waiting for the ones "out there" to finish before issuing the remaining WU's, I'm guessing.....to make sure there's no overlap or missing WU's before the series is completed.

I'm waiting for servers to synchronize, most of the hceyz72 workunits were very short, so atm my server has a huge queue of around 540,000 workunits waiting to be sent back to the M4 server.

so we'll be going back to almost entirely hceyz72 soon? According to the last estimate in the worst case (if the WU distribution ratio satys the same we'll finish hceyz72 on june 26th)

Not too bad a prediction. Just saw I'm about to finish my last hceyz ever ever in about 15 minutes :)
I wonder how far down projected completion time for awgly will go.

oh HCEYZ isn't done yet. I just got home from work and found a bunch of them backlogged behind some AWGLY. For about the last week or so I've been suspending AWGLYs to run HCEYZ. There are still outstanding WUs that may end up having to hit expiries that are 5 days from now and then having to be assigned to someone else.

Well, I have some work units that expire July 1st so keep your fingers crossed on what computers get assigned remaining HCEYZ.
