Hello

Since several months i didn't receive any new work units.
All possibilities in the settings are enabled, including test-units.

I'm running a Win10 Home with an Intel i7-7500U CPU and an Intel HD Graphics 620 GPU.

Any ideas how i can get new WUs?

Thanks and best wishes

Bruno, though right now it really won't matter due to lack of work units, I had to remove the project and then re-add it to my hosts in order to get work units again just recently when I tried to join in on a project push we were doing. Found another project or two that I had to that with recently as well. Happened on multiple boxes. Not sure if it was a server upgrade that got botched or a client upgrade. Either way, that is what I had to do to fix it.

The BETA CUDA app's name says FERMI indicating that it needed to be a FERMI based (NVidia) card or newer. However, the production application is using OpenCL. It is possible that the requirements are still the same as far as FERMI goes. The 9600 GT was long before the FERMI cards were released. I do not know of an official requirements list though. I recommend trying it on another project that still supports the older cards just to verify that BOINC is indeed working right with them. I would suggest Moo! as it still supports CAL and therefore much older ATI (AMD) cards as well.

Linux 2.6 is ancient and dates from 2004 (though support has continued into 2016, development stopped after 2011), and I wonder who still crunches with an ARMv5 device.

I actually have a couple still chugging away though the projects supporting them are slim pickings. http://www.enigmaathome.net/show_host_detail.php?hostid=150407 I do however, need to go take a look at them to see what they are doing as they are typically set and don't ever think about looking at devices. Those phones were not as prone to heat/battery bloat. Their biggest hang up was internal storage space.

Berkeley released Android version of BOINC 7.2.39 which now supports x86 processors. Since more devices and virtual machines may start using Android as a platform, it would be nice to have a working app.

AMD will be adding ARM processors to Opterons http://www.amd.com/us/press-releases/Pages/amd-to-accelerate-2014jan28.aspx in servers soon that will also support 64bit. It is only a matter of time before there is a 64 bit version of Android. Many may find this as an attractive option over other Linux installs. BOINC updates much easier in Android and can do so automatically.

I currently have Android 4.2 in a VM for testing and can confirm BOINC installed just fine as intended.

Can we get the badges to show up under our Team Listings? This way we can compare ourselves to other team members. Other projects already have this functionality and is nice to have.

Other projects include the badges under the team lists. I find this handy for seeing where my team members stand and when they accomplish upgrades. Could you include that option here?

Could we also get our badges to appear under our teams list so we can see what they have too? This would also be nice if the forums would show them by our names like at other projects.

My work units are not showing any progress while crunching however they do still complete if left to run. I accidently aborted one thinking it was stuck.
